Overview

Clearwell Group is an independent registered investment adviser that acts as a capital allocator for both high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. The firm combines discretionary portfolio management and financial planning with sponsorship and management of pooled investment vehicles, and it also performs selection-of-other-advisers work for wrap or co-investment situations. Its fee model includes percentage-of-AUM charges, fixed fees and performance-based fees, reflecting a mix of traditional advisory mandates and private fund structures.
