Stock Traders is a sole proprietorship that has been registered with the SEC since 1995 and is owned by an individual. The firm operates as a broker-dealer while providing portfolio management services targeted at individuals, families and small businesses. Its client base is primarily individual and family investors. Compensation is flexible: the firm can charge a percentage of assets under management, hourly fees, or fixed fees depending on the engagement. Stock Traders does not identify as an active ESG investor and does not operate as a multi-state adviser or a pension consultant. It is not structured as a capital allocator or related adviser.
