Overview

Renaissance Investment Management is an LLC that has been registered with the SEC since 1995. The firm serves both individual/family clients and institutional investors, charging fees as a percentage of assets under management and focusing its advisory work on portfolio management for individuals/small businesses, investment companies, and businesses or institutions. The firm is not identified as an active ESG investor. From an organizational standpoint, ownership is a mix of a domestic entity and individual ownership. Renaissance maintains multiple industry roles and affiliations: it is associated with a broker-dealer, functions as an investment adviser beyond this RIA, and has involvement as a CPO/CTA and as a sponsor, general partner, or managing member of pooled investment vehicles. The firm does not operate as a capital allocator in the sense of running a standalone allocation platform.
