Overview

Pullman Securities, LLC is the investment-banking arm of The Pullman Group® LLC, organized as a limited liability company and SEC-registered since 1999. The firm focuses on financing, underwriting and structuring transactions around entertainment and broader intellectual-property (IP) assets rather than traditional advisory or asset-management mandates. Its stated activity centers on providing liquidity to creators, rights holders and companies by originating loans and securitizations backed by future royalty and license streams, and by buying royalty interests and catalogue assets. The Pullman organization has positioned itself as a specialist in music- and entertainment-related finance, and reports more than $1 billion of completed transactions through 2018.
