Overview

Crystal Cove Asset Management is an independent RIA organized as a limited liability company that serves both individual/family and institutional clients. The firm’s advisory mix centers on financial planning, discretionary portfolio management for individuals, small businesses and institutions, and pension consulting. Fee arrangements combine percentage-of-AUM billing with fixed fees. Investment positioning is equity-first: exchange-traded equities account for the bulk of assets, and nearly all client relationships are managed on a discretionary basis. The firm does not present itself as an active ESG investor and does not operate as a capital allocator, instead relying on external managers where alternatives are used.
