&Wealth Partners is an independent registered investment adviser organized as an LLC and operating as a capital allocator for high‑net‑worth individuals, families and select institutional clients. The firm provides financial planning, portfolio management for individuals and small businesses, and the selection and oversight of third‑party advisers. Fee arrangements include percentage of AUM, hourly charges and fixed fees. Investment activity tilts toward publicly traded equity exposure supplemented by third‑party alternative managers. The firm is not positioned as an ESG investor. As a capital allocator it actively places client capital with external managers—notably hedge fund and real estate managers—while retaining core exposures to mutual funds, annuities and corporate debt instruments where appropriate.
