Overview

Meta Wealth Advisory is an independent RIA organized as a limited liability company and owned by an individual. The firm provides financial planning, portfolio management for individuals and small businesses, and the selection of outside advisers. It charges clients on a percentage-of-AUM basis and can also bill hourly. Meta Wealth is set up as a capital allocator, directing client capital to external fund managers when appropriate. The firm is not an active ESG investor and, per filings, does not operate as a multistate adviser. SEC registration appears in 2025, and the business serves primarily individual and family clients rather than institutional or pension sponsors.
