Overview

ITI Financial Management is an independent registered investment adviser organized as a limited liability company and owned by an individual. The firm serves both high-net-worth individuals and families as well as institutional and business clients, providing financial planning and discretionary portfolio management for individuals, small businesses and institutions. Its fee model combines a percentage-of-assets-under-management component with hourly charges for advice-oriented work. Investment activity is concentrated in publicly available pooled vehicles—primarily mutual funds and public funds—while the firm maintains a meaningful discretionary mandate (most client assets are managed on a discretionary basis). ITI is not positioned as a multi-state adviser or as a pensions consultant, and it does not characterize itself as an active ESG investor. Although not structured as a capital allocator, the firm does place client capital with third-party managers when using alternative strategies such as real estate.
