Overview

Impact Wealth Management is an independent RIA organized as a limited liability company that serves individual and family clients. The firm focuses on financial planning, discretionary portfolio management for individuals and small businesses, and client education through seminars and workshops. Fee arrangements are non-transactional, relying on hourly charges and fixed fees rather than commissions or a traditional AUM-only fee schedule. Investment activity centers on publicly available pooled vehicles—mutual funds and other public funds make up the largest share of assets—while the firm also incorporates ESG criteria into its investment selection as an active ESG investor. Impact Wealth Management does not act as a capital allocator or run proprietary investment funds; instead it places client assets with third-party managers and custodians and uses outside fund managers when allocating to alternatives such as real estate.
