Hartman Financial Planning is a small, independent RIA organized as an LLC and owned by an individual. The advisory practice targets individual and family clients and delivers financial planning and portfolio management for individuals and small businesses. Additional services listed on its Form ADV include market-timing services and educational seminars or workshops. The firm bills clients through hourly and fixed-fee arrangements (plus other fee types) rather than a traditional percent-of-assets model. Hartman does not describe itself as an active ESG investor, is not a multi-state adviser, and does not act as a capital allocator.
