Guardian Investment Management is an independent, owner-operated LLC that has been SEC-registered since 1976. The firm serves primarily individual and family clients, offering portfolio management for individuals and small businesses as well as for business and institutional accounts. Its fee arrangements include percentage-of-AUM billing alongside fixed fees. Guardian does not identify as an active ESG investor and is not set up as a multi-state adviser; it is also not designated as a pension consultant or related adviser.
