Frontier Global Partners LLC is an SEC-registered investment adviser formed as a limited liability company and operating primarily as a hedge fund manager and pooled-vehicle sponsor. The firm provides discretionary portfolio management for high-net-worth individuals, families and institutional clients, and also manages pooled investment vehicles where it can act as sponsor, general partner and managing member. Its business activities include CPO/CTA responsibilities, and its fee model combines a percentage of assets under management with performance-based fees, which is consistent with an active, return-seeking approach.
