Klaraos, LLC is a small, real-estate–focused adviser that combines brokerage activity with manager and sponsor roles for pooled vehicles. The firm’s core mandate centers on real estate investment — it operates a real estate fund and serves as a broker and sponsor/GP/managing member for pooled investment vehicles — while also providing portfolio management for individuals, small businesses and pooled funds.
