Fountain Square Asset Management is an independent registered investment adviser that runs a fee-only, percentage-of-AUM model and focuses on financial planning, discretionary portfolio management for individuals and small businesses, and the selection of outside advisers. The firm is structured as a limited liability company and acts as a capital allocator for both individual & family clients and institutional relationships. Investment activity centers on liquid equity exposure—exchange-traded equities represent the single largest asset sleeve—while the firm supplements portfolios with mutual funds, corporate debt and private placement opportunities. Fountain Square is not an active ESG investor and manages the vast majority of its assets on a discretionary basis.
