Overview

Epic Funds is organized as a limited liability company that registered with the SEC in 2022 and positions itself as a private equity fund sponsor and manager for institutional investors. Its primary advisory activity is portfolio management for pooled investment vehicles; the firm also serves as sponsor, general partner and managing member of those vehicles rather than acting as a traditional capital allocator. Compensation includes both a percentage-of-AUM component and performance-based fees. Epic Funds does not identify as an active ESG investor.
