In August 2019, the group made a direct investment in Detraxi, a Jupiter, FL-based leader in the research, development and commercialization of proprietary biotech solutions. Kohli Ventures is geographically agnostic and has invested in countries including Canada, United Kingdom, France, United States, India, Hong Kong, Philippines, Czech Republic and Argentina.


2. Celeres Investments

Established in 2012, Celeres Investments is a Kowloon, Hong Kong-based single-family office with an additional office in London, UK. Celeres serves as the investment vehicle for an undisclosed high net-worth individual. With over $250M+ in assets under management, the firm employs a multi-disciplinary investment strategy and seeks long-term capital appreciation.

Celeres allocates to a number of asset classes with a core focus on real estate, private equity, venture capital, direct investments and debt finance. For venture capital investments, Celeres targets startups and scale-up businesses across a number of sectors including artificial intelligence, internet marketplaces, FinTech, SaaS, Cybersecurity, AdTech, Cannabis and AgTech.

In March 2020, the group directly invested in Deep North Inc., a private computer software company that allows enterprises to understand consumer behavior in physical environments using AI-based video analytics. Its technology lets shopping malls, retail stores and transportation hubs reclaim consumer traffic to enhance consumer experiences.

In April 2020, the firm made a direct investment in Phantom AI, a well-funded autonomous vehicle startup founded by Hyunggi Cho and Chan Kyu Lee from Tesla and Hyundai. Celeres targets investments in scalable and progressive business opportunities specifically in the United Kingdom. 


3. Perwyn Family Investors

Founded in 2013, Perwyn Family Investors is a private equity-focused multi-family office based in London, UK. The firm's enduring funding structure allows them to be quite flexible regarding investment and transaction style. Perwyn seeks private equity and private debt investments, with a focus on private, owner-managed companies seeking growth capital. The firm is industry agnostic and has invested in several industries including artificial intelligence, technology, manufacturing, water and sewage, insurance, and consumer services.
